The technology is that the cold rolled steel strip runs into electroplating tin unit after annealing, including surface rinse, electroplating, reflowing, chromate coating, oiling, anti-fingerprint treating and alloying. The product is used widely to make drinking can, food can and packing boxes for chemical, medicine, dye, industrial oil, electric appliance, meter and war industry etc. The processing can increase the speed and output, control the weight of the plating layer, insure the quality of finished product and save plating material. However the cost of the production line is higher than hot galvanizing tin line.
